Ropark is an anti-Pakirson medication. Ropark is used to treat symptoms of Parkinson's disease such as stiffness, tremors, muscle spasms, poor muscle control. Ropark is also used to treat restless legs syndrome (RLS).
Ropark has some of the same effects as a chemical called dopamine, which occurs naturally in your body. Low levels of dopamine in the brain are associated with Parkinson's disease.
Take Ropark with or without food. The dose and timing of Ropark in treating Parkinson's disease is different from the dose and timing in treating RLS. If you want to achieve most effective results do not stop taking Ropark suddenly.
Do not take double dose. If you miss a dose you should take it as soon as you remember about your missing. If it is the time for the next dose you should continue your regular dosing schedule.
If you overdose Ropark and you don't feel good you should visit your doctor or health care provider immediately. Symptoms of Ropark overdosage: nausea, vomiting, weakness, fainting, agitation, confusion, hallucinations, muscle twitching, tingly feeling, chest pain.
Ropark has its side effects. The most common are: mild nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, worsened RLS symptoms early in the morning, diarrhea or constipation, dry mouth, sweating, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, agitation or anxiety.
Less common but more serious side effects during taking Ropark: allergy reactions (urticaria, breathing difficulties, rash, and eruption) feeling like you might pass out fever stiff muscles confusion, sweating, fast or uneven heartbeats, hallucinations, tremors.
Side effects manifestations are not only depend on medicine you are taking but also depend on your health state and on the other factors.
